Since 1996, Kapit Mas has shown that tradition and technology don’t compete, they elevate each other. Founded in Bali, we work from a living heritage of craftsmanship: skills refined by hand, time and intuition, essential for jewellery with soul.
Today we are an internationally owned manufacturer operating a fully integrated, single site factory of 1,940 m². Every stage, from design and 3D development to casting, finishing, plating, quality control and packing happens in-house, giving our partners firm control over quality, timelines and confidentiality, with the confidence of worldwide delivery.

Ben Morice has been immersed in the jewelry business across Asia for more than 30 years. Originally from New Zealand, he earned his Bachelor of Business Studies degree at Massey University in 1983, specializing in marketing. After spending three years as an Account Executive at an export marketing firm in New Zealand, he relocated to Asia to design and produce silver jewelry.
In 1988, he established a company in New Zealand to sell his creations but made the strategic decision to close it in 1992 to focus on developing production in Indonesia and accessing international markets. In 1996, he found his ideal base in Bali and founded Kapit Mas, bringing his vision to life.
